OPEN MATCH RULES

1. All Groundbait Pellets an Hemp MUST be purchased from the Fishery
2. All Pegs for the Open Matches must be Booked in Advanced. INDIVIDUAL BOOKING ONLY NO BLOCK BOOKINGS.
3. All Pegs for Weekend Opens You can now Book on upto 8:30am the day of the match, (Subject to Availability) BUT STILL MUST BE BOOKED OFF before 6pm, any person who wants to CANCEL OFF the Match MUST DO SO before 6pm the day Before. Anyone who break’s this Rule without good reason or is found to be fishing elsewhere will have to Appeal to Mr Cyril Brewster and MAY BE BANNED from future Open.
4. Any Angler who Turns up for the Open Match and is not on the Booking On Sheet WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FISH in Any Circumstances.
5. All Groundbait Feed Pellets and Hemp MUST be Purchased from the Fishery "CHECKS WILL BE MADE".
6. Barbless Hooks ONLY
7. All Decisions on Pools and Pegging WILL be Decided by the Committee and Management, ANYONE else who Interferes MAY be asked to Leave the Fishery.
8. THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF 60 PEGS AVAILABLE.
9. ALL VENUES AND PEGS WILL BE DECIDED BY THE MANAGEMENT, and RESERVE the right to CANCEL OR CHANGE any Fishing Match or Event AT ANY TIME.
10. TWO KEEPNETS will be Required at ALL TIMES with a 50 / 50 Split (NOT CARP IN ONE AND SILVERS IN ANOTHER).
11. All Prize Money MUST BE COLLECTED on the Day of The Match.
12. THE MANAGEMENT CAN NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE A PEG IN THE MATCHES, Especially Team Events etc. But there WILL ALWAYS be a Reserved List.
13. ANYONE WHO TRIES TO INTIMIDATE THE STAFF OVER ANY ISSUE MAYBE BANNED FROM FUTURE OPENS ANYONE WHO QUESTIONS THE INTEGRITY OF THE FISHERY SHOULD READ RULE 16 ON THE RULES BOARD.
14. "THESE RULES HAVE BEEN IN PLACE FOR 24 MONTHS"
15. Cudmore fisheries management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave the premises who questions the integrity of the fishery rules, and/or present with confrontational behavior. It is not for our staff to enforce the rules it is for you to comply.
16. UNDER NEW E.E.C. RULES, ALL LITTER MUST BE TAKEN HOME.

Anyone who is NOT SURE about the Rules should ask the Managment BEFORE FISHING.
ANYONE BREAKING THE RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED & MAY FACE A BAN
