These six designer Match and Pleasure Pools were constructed with fairness in mind, and now in to their forth year are proving to be just that.

There are 200 Identical Pegs split over all the six pools which have the same stocking rate of approx. 200lb / peg

All methods work, but Pole Fishing takes some beating in the summer months, while Tip and Waggler are best during the winter.

The fishery staff have now succeeded in making the New Pools a perfect mixed fish venue rather than just carp.

Over 4,000lb of quality roach & skimmer bream from 6oz to 4lb have been slowly introduced, with additional introductions of 1,000+ Carp, this will make the New Pools a very good all year round Match and Pleasure venue.

What you can fish for: Barbel, Bream, Carp, Chub, Roach & Tench

Access to the Pools: There is good walking access to all the pegs on the New Pools, with Car Parking in the designated areas, also the new road ways are now completed so now you can drive and park close to the pool you are going to fish.
