This 5-acre lake with 38 comfortable pegs with an approx stocking rate of 250lb / peg, it has an average depth of between 3ft – 9ft it has been designed for the Novice & Specimen Angler. With a high stocking rate this lake offers great enjoyment for the summer as well as the winter with 400 Specimen Carp, heavy bags of fish being taken all year round.

The pathways around the lake have been resurfaced and there is ample room for bivvies & small tents.

The two Car Parks for Avoca Lake are off the New Pools Roadway.
